As a fourth-year kinesiology student, I’ve learned that wellness and success are deeply personal journeys with many paths. Success isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept; it’s about finding what works for each of us. That’s why I started Run with Ma—I want to share my journey and the daily practices that make me feel successful, from music and movement to matcha.
